Reading, PA – March 23, 2022 – Penske Racing Shocks is proud to announce a merger with VP Machine LLC.

Penske Racing Shocks (PRS) focus is customer support, while providing the highest level of quality and performance. Mat’s attention to detail and expertise in programming and machining will accelerate PRS’s ability to manufacture and supply their customers more efficiently. The expanded capabilities this merger brings to PRS include 5-Axis, multiple turning machines, and CMM to name few.

Penske Racing Shocks General Manager, Aaron Lambert, stated, “This is a great time right now for Penske Racing Shocks. We are extremely proud to be able to continue to grow and invest in ourselves to better serve all of our customers. We are proud that Mat has chosen to come onboard with PRS and feel combining both manufacturing efforts will increase our capabilities and improve our supply to our customers. Our goal is to provide the highest quality racing shocks at a great value, and this is a big step in continuing to achieve that goal.”
